  5. what fun! Ah, but what you may not realise is that No 2 floating duckhouse is a famous image in UK. We had a scandal around the expenses that Members of Parliament charged to the taxpayer. The member for Gosport, Hampshire had put in an invoice for just one of these. The Press never let him forget it. Another MP invoiced for clearing his moat so the shorthand for the whole affair was' moats and duckhouses'.
